What a credit buys
Credits pay for producing videos — research, script, narration, visuals, rendering and upload — one run at a time. Nothing is charged for using the dashboard.
Sized by the minute
Before a run starts, its estimated cost is put on hold: the length of video you ask for times the per-minute rate (or, where none applies, an estimate from your channel's recent runs), and never less than the minimum per run.
Charged for what was used
When the run finishes, you are charged for the resources it actually used — never more than the hold, and the hold itself if some of that use cannot be priced — and the rest of the hold comes straight back.
Failed runs cost nothing
If a run fails, the whole hold returns to your balance. A hold for a run that never starts or never finishes is returned automatically.
Seen before it is spent
The Command Center shows a run's estimate before you start it, and every hold, charge and return in your organization's credit history.
Payments and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it processes the payment and handles tax, receipts and refunds. Your card details go to Paddle, never to us.
Refunds are handled by Paddle under its Buyer Terms and applicable law. When a purchase is refunded or charged back, the credits it added are removed, as far as they are still unused.
